Cut and Crease

The first steps in Gesa Industry's production process, cutting and bending are carried out using equipment that the company has recently acquired and that guarantees reliability and precision of the semi-finished product.

Welding

The special wire-continuous, MIG/TIG welding process is carried out in accordance with current regulations and standards specific to the railway industry. The quality of the process and the product is ensured through the use of specialised manpower, trained through continuous consultancy with companies specialised in the relevant sector.

Gesa Industry Srl deals with industrial painting, guaranteeing excellent results in both powder and liquid painting, specialising in painting components for the automotive and railway sectors, combining technical expertise and attention to detail.

Assembly

The interior assembly phase is the one with the highest lead time in the rail vehicle construction process. The need to reduce the overall assembly lead time of rail vehicles and at the same time improve product quality, drives towards pre-assembled interior solutions that are integrated with the various on-board electrical/pneumatic and technological systems.

Taglio e Piega
Il Taglio e la Piega sono la prima fase del processo produttivo di Gesa Industry sono effettuati mediante l’utilizzo di impianti di recente acquisizione che garantiscono affidabilità e precisione del semilavorato.

Saldatura
Il processo speciale di saldatura tipo filocontinuo, MIG/TIG, viene effettuato in conformità alle normative vigenti e alle norme specifiche del settore ferroviario. La qualità del processo e del prodotto è assicurato mediante l’impiego di manodopera specializzata, formata attraverso la consulenza continua con società specializzate nel settore di riferimento.

Verniciatura
Il processo speciale di verniciatura rappresenta un punto di forza di Gesa Industry. La possibilità di utilizzare le tecnologie di verniciatura a polvere e a liquido con impianti separati e di ultima generazione, fornisce flessibilità operativa e capacità di operare contemporaneamente di diverse tipologie di materiale secondo le specifiche tecniche di riferimento.

Assemblaggio
La fase di montaggio degli interior è quella di maggior lead time nel processo di costruzione dei veicoli ferroviari. La necessità di ridurre il lead time complessivo di montaggio dei veicoli ferroviari e al contempo di migliorare la qualità del prodotto, spingono verso soluzioni preassemblate di interior ed integrate con i vari impianti elettrici/pneumatici e tecnologici di bordo.
